Have you gotten any raises? I've been trying to hire someone but at the rate that my company was offering (75K) we could not find a decent candidate. For that matter, searches on Dice in a 50 mile radius of Los Angeles using the term C# 2 years / ASP.NET 2 years turned up many people in the 90-100K range but less than 15 in the 70-85K range. A recruiter tells me that salaries are back up and the "raping and pillaging" is over: So how are things going for you?
