Bush hawks commandeer 9/11 hearings. Congress tries to ask why U.S. intelligence failed to predict the attacks, but Wolfowitz and Armitage only want to talk about why we must invade Iraq. [Salon.com]

John Eriksen pointed out some hilarious "Switcher" ad take-offs:
- Jason Gottlieb's Home Page
- Lucas Sibbernsen
- LegoSwitch 1.1
[Macintouch]Cute. The 3rd one has great production quality even if it's a bit less compelling. The 2nd one is quite funny. Of course you'll need Quicktime.

BBC: "Californian authorities have decided against prosecuting former astronaut Buzz Aldrin after he punched a documentary maker who claimed his moon missions were faked." [Scripting News]OK, I don't advocate punching people. But it must have felt awfully good to take a swing at someone who is so self-delusional . . . or just plain stupid.

Tonight (20 Sept 2002) I got to hear the new sound of Roy Thomson Hall. It was a pretty exciting sneak preview. Read my first impressions as well.

Radio Tip: A friend wanted to know how to get the Google search to work on a given
URL (such as mine here, searching all of my Radio goodness). Google is
by far the best search engine at the moment, and all of my content is
re-indexed every 48 hours. That's hard to beat - especially for the
price.
It took me about 45 minutes to get it "just right", but the overall
code to do the search takes only 5 minutes and doesn't cost a thing.
Here's the link to get started.
