Hard Wok Pays Off
Of all the cookware used throughout the world, few implements are more readily identifiable than the wok. The simple form belies the multitude of uses in preparing food. But a traditional Chinese steel wok can't just be used straight out of the box or hammering room; it must first be prepared.
