Ballmer: Sanctions would kill Windows  //  Mr. Ballmer is so full of it, we couldn't get this lucky.  Other than the abuse of the term middle ware all over the place, this article shows that the 9 states are definitely headed in the right direction.  The other 9 ? cowtowing to big business.
