3:23:14 PM   //  I have lots of old quotes I set aside thinking some day I'd use them somewhere.  I ran across this last night while looking through them. This appeared in Newsweek November 2, 1998.   It is a quote from Palestinian leader Yasir Arafat, after signing an interim peace agreement with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.             "We will never leave the peace process.  We will never go back to violence and confrontation."
