Well this AM (PM EST) me and Matt got on the phone with the overlook guys, trying to hammer out a way to extend our Fairtunes agreement. The dillema is, if we don't work something out before the deadline of March 1, we'll have to repossess all our IP AND all NEW intellectual property, which is difficult when everything is electronic. I don't think they fully realize this either: If March 1 passes without an extention, we not only get our original work back, but also own everything they've created pursuant to the deal. (Thanks Adam, nice work!) The trouble is, how do we actually enforce this? And we have to enforce it too, at least revoke the domain name, otherwise we'd lose all credibility, and never see any money.

This will be a huge amount of work that I don't want to go through. I had to get off the phone early (to get to work!) and Matt now tells me nothing really was resolved on the call today.

All we want is to get paid !
