Hanna Rosin writes in Slate.com of how anti-Zionism on university campuses, such as anti-Israel divestment campaigns is really just warmed over anti-Western believes mixed in with anti-Semitism. The reader’s forum on the article is littered with comments of the sort; "Arabs cannot be anti-Semites still they are Semites also" or "since the campaigns are not anti-Semitism since they are not against Arabs". My suggestion for morons who make these comments is to 1) check a dictionary or check the history of the word 2) replace the word anti-Semitic with hating Jews and read the article again 1:35:21 PM ![]() |
