CLISP, an open source Common Lisp implementation, has 'crossed the 4GB Barrier'. That is it can have heap and image sizes greater than 4GB on 64-bit CPU's. Another announcement about CLISP mentions a pre-prelease version that has full MOP support (Metaobject protocol).
