More on the design...
I've finished a few of the improvements I had in mind and tested the new design in IE6, NS6.2, and NS4.7 on a PC. It looks identical in both of the newer browsers and even looks decent in the old relic. None of the line work shows up in NS4.7, nor does the sidebar table border - otherwise fully functional.
If you're viewing this page on a MAC and see anything funky, I'd appreciate your letting me know.
