Guilty as charged...
I like to think of it as a "scoop" rather than a "snoop" - the cool thing about the aggregating news is that sometimes you catch a post that ends up getting deleted or revised later. Like me, Dave seems to edit his posts a lot and occassionally deletes one. I was tempted recently to post one he deleted later - the original was still in my aggregator. But then I thought he must have deleted it for a reason and decided not to.
Well - yesterday, a post appeared in my news announcing a cool new script that Carlos made that lets you use "Internet Time" on your Radio weblog. By the time I hit his site for more, the post was gone. Hmmm. He must have pulled it because the script wasn't quite "tidy" and ready to go, but I got the inside scoop on it thanks to the aggregator. It was fun announcing that an unannounced cool thing was about to be unleashed. And now, it has - this probably won't be the last time I get caught snooping - bet on it! I'll be snoopin' for a scoopin' ... ;-)
