Jennifer Klyse: "hehehe Via CoolStop, I was led to Rubbish!"
>> It's the weekend. A slow coolstop day, so I'm leaving today's pick on the front page until Monday afternoon to give it the exposure it deserves. On one hand, it's the content. Photographers from all over the world are submitting pictures taken with a "low perspectiv." It's about capturing "small details that surround us" in pictures "taken from the view of...the average badgerdog..." requiring "a maximum height of camera postion of 30 cm above the ground.". The resulting collection of shots is extraordinairy. This is the "edition 6" and the archives are full of unique pictures. On the other hand, it's the design, baby! This is one of the very best Flash interfaces I've seen. I call it perfect presentation... [Coolstop Daily Pick 1/5/03 via emptydrome]
Rubbish! "Portland-area reporters go through the garbage of several area politicos after they publicly support the police going through suspects' garbage without a warrant. The DA seemed slightly amused, asking if he would get a refund for part of his garbage bill, but the mayor didn't find it very funny." [gammatron (phase ii)]
