King Henry the Fifth, OmniOutliner and AppleScript
- Here's an AppleScript that uses the XML Tools scripting addition to parse XML versions of Shakespeare's plays. This file can be opened in OmniOutliner to read the play. The main goal of this project is to study uses of parsing XML into outlines and create tools to make possible efficient critical analysis of plays and movie scripts. Excellent chance to use the "hoist" command in OmniOutliner. Correction: Actually, this is a link to the result of a script, provided for those who might be interested in seeing the entire play in an outline format. My bad!
