LispMe Importer for Macintosh

- This AppleScript droplet from Nicholas Riley converts text files into notes in Palm Desktop, which become memos on a Palm device. Following the Palm standard, the first line of each text file becomes the title of the corresponding memo. Source code included. XSLT Tools 1.0b1 released

- The XSLT Tools scripting addition, from Late Night Software, allows AppleScript to apply XSLT transformations to XML data and to use XPath expressions to extract information information from XML data. XSLT Tools also allows you to extend the XSLT processor using AppleScript functions.

XML Tools 2.5 is available

- The XML Tools scripting addition from Late Night Software allows AppleScript to parse and generate XML data. Changes: Added a new separate namespace URIs parameter to the parse XML command. Performance has been improved by roughly 20% on OS X 10.2 systems.

Sample applications are available to demontrate XML Tools. "Watch News" uses AppleScript, FaceSpan and XML Tools to read Userland Software's syndication files. XML-RPC is a sample AppleScript application that uses XML Tools in combination with the Mac OS's URLAccess Scripting feature to invoke a remote method via the XML-RPC protocol.
