Back up user prefs 2.3
This AppleScript script can create and restore backups of a user's Preferences folder and various browser preferences which are stored outside of the Preferences folder. Changes in this version: A much more robust routine for error-recovery during the restoration process. Bug fix to eliminate a situation where a unsuccessful backup or restoration could be logged as a successful one. The script requires OS X 10.2 or higher but there is also a less robust version available for those who have not upgraded to Jaguar.
