Election contest hearing this morningAt 10:30 this morning, the Court will hear argument from the parties in an election contest case arising from the Greenbrier County race for county commission. The case, styled SER Bowling v. Greenbrier County Commission, et al.,No, 022120, is being heard in an expedited fashion. The ballot slot for the democratic nominee is at issue.
