  I'm signing off for a few days -- have a family wedding to go to in the US, where my 70-ish aunt will marry her 80-ish fiance -- in the still-spry presence of the 95 year old mother of the bride! That's sure worth sitting on an airplane for 10 hours or so. UPDATE on 13/5: that's a picture of John and Betty at their wedding reception.

"French computer games company Infogrames will operate under the Atari name, which it picked up from Hasbro two years ago, reports Reuters. It will certainly arrive with a bang, with 4m shipments of its new game based on Enter The Matrix on May 15.
