The Internet is borderless, and so what does that do to our legal system?
Movie Site Relocates to Iran, Avoiding U.S. Copyright Law. A video-on-demand site that was shut down earlier this year with the help of Hollywood has seemingly sprouted a new head in Iran, underscoring vexing problems of Internet copyright enforcement for movie studios. Taiwan-based Movie88.com, which sold access to thousands of films for $1 each, went dark in mid-February after a powerful motion picture lobbying group worked with the local government to pull its plug. via [GigaLaw]

More on the Warbloggers vs Techbloggers from Doc Searls...
Dean Peters: A house divided cannot blog. He's worried that the big media putting a vs. between techbloggers and warbloggers will turn us all into Sharks and Jets. Or something like that. [Doc Searls Weblog]

Volokh on School Choice-
William Sulik has interesting predictions about the Court's forthcoming school choice case, Zelman v. Simmons-Harris.
I take the view that equal treatment is not establishment, and that therefore a school choice program that benefits parents without regard to whether they send their kids to religious or secular schools is perfectly constitutional. I discussed this view in a New Republic article, and then in more detail (though I hope without too much legalese) in another piece.
.... But all this predictioneering is just a parlor game -- within a month, we'll know for sure. [Volokh Conspiracy]
Looks interesting, and it's purely web-based. It's from Findlaw, and I notice no RSS/XML feed. Not surpising. And it looks too hard to scrape with Paolo’s RssDistiller so I'll not be stopping by there much. But you non-shifted web-jockey lawyers will probably like it so I'm sure I'll catch the feed that way.
