Yesterday I discovered photo bloggs. The concept was interesting. I particularly enjoyed the sites that only utilized photos. I love the idea that anyone from around the globe, regardless of their language, could experience the blogg. Individuals can express visually what they think is interesting or artistically noteworthy about their world.
It was then that I stumbled onto ziboy. At first I couldn't figure out where this person was taking these pictures. It was obviously an asian country, but I couldn't distinguish exactly which one . Eventually I realized that all of the pictures were taken and posted from China. This made the experience that much more powerful. This site illustrated perfectly what most impressed me about photo bloggs. I was fascinated by the idea of being able to see into this world that is so drastically different and at the same time very similar to my own. [Rob Dulaney's Radio Weblog]
