Bush seeks malpractice award cap My Father my brother and his wife are all doctors.  The have informed me about the crippling effect of medical malpractice insurance.  I am 100% in favor of this reform.  However, I hope that it is coupled with some accountability/regulation directed at the insurance companies to insure that the doctors really get relief on their premiums.
