The Anchorage Concert Association Oscar Gala was great fun last night - although I had to call it quits early because of my bronchitis. Peter (my sweetie) and I took Peter's daughter Alix and her two friends Cynthia and Erin. Joining us at our happening table were Brad (my former roommate) and Jonathan and Jim and Susan Reeves. We had a great deal of fun critiquing Oscar wear and hairstyles. J-Lo finished number one in the "prom night helmut hair category!"
I brought along my very spiffy new Sony Cybershot 5.0 megapixel (hubba hubba) digital camera to the Gala. Lots of fun pictures resulted! Which I would like to figure out how to put in my web log. Hmmm - I detect yet another bout of fun learning on the Radio front! I picked Adobe Photoshop Elements today so that I can shrink my gigo-huge jpeg photo files down to a manageable size.
