    Guess this is what's patents are for, just seems like a long time getting to be an issue.  For me this is an example of some company with NO TECHNICAL SKILLS putting the screws to the little guy.  Sure they're going after guys with money right now, but the little guy is the guy that is really paying the price.

A slight different view

This article from my Earth Link start page indicates that all the sliding of the market , like this story about Investor's abondoning stock funds, and value of the dollar falling against other currency, might not be all bad.  Something to think about.
