He also points out Caterina, a woman who dates guys who (used to) read A&L Daily, Lingua Franca, and can recite the first four lines of Canterbury Tales. Caterina, why settle for just the first four lines? Sure, I messed up some of the lines and misspelled several of the words, but I have been told (in ages past) that my pronunciation is spot on. Not that this should be a hard criterion for picking someone of a datable nature; I mean, come on, any monkey can learn the first four lines of Chaucer. Speaking of monkeys, I was just reading in one of my back issues of Lingua Franca about the case for the semi-aquatic evolution of man.
