Finished the Children of Dune miniseries. Having not read the original books (it seems to be a combination of Dune Messiah and Children of Dune), I had no preconceptions one way or the other, the way I did with both attempts at Dune adaptations. I liked it. At least the backgrounds weren’t those painted scenes.
