PurpleSlurple is a transcoding service that reformats Web pages on-the-fly to create granular addressability in document elements on existing Web pages.

PurpleSlurple transcodes Web pages by inserting anchor tags <A>, which appear as purple numbers, at each structural tag, <H>, <P>, <LI>, that occurs on the page, thus making each element addressable via its named anchor.
