I'm also now realizing that I should've read Tom Clancy much earlier. Patriot Games is a thousand times better than the movie. It's more realistic, the characters are more compelling, and the action more believable. The movie is still a good movie, it just doesn't do the book justice. At all. [vja2]

Tom Clancy is also good to listen to in the car: I commuted 30 min/day for like 2 years and listened to most of his books... Sweet PLCH...
