Tangentially work-related...
I work in Building 42; the closest cafe is [kind of] in Building 43; it's called "Cafe Augusta" (for some reason; JoeBork's cafe is "Troon"). So, they had a theme this week: The Masters golf tournament. They had whatever people selected for their dinner when they won... There was also a miniature golf (astroturf) putting surface for people to try. As I was walking back to my office with my lunch, I heard the cafe manager say, "I dumped two gallons of water on it to make it more accurate". I think he was joking, but I'm not sure: it's actually plausible.
