The GDC is happening this week. The first time I ever attended this (no I wont be there this year!) I thought it was more like a Grateful Dead concert than a technology conference. There were nerf gun wars in the lobby, free beer flowing everywhere and lots of long haired freaks. That was also back in the early days of DirectX and the infamous Alex St. John parties. Ah.. those were the days, eh?
