OK, I'm not much for fad-of-the-day, the lolcats have me hooked. My current favorite is here; I believe it appeared on BoingBoing a few days ago.

Next time I feel that product management is being a bit unreasonable about their demands for doc, I'll remember this one that Laura Lemay found:

I heard another story once about a technical writer preparing for a job interview who got wind that the hiring manager tended to measure document quality by the pound: more is better. So the interviewee showed up with the biggest baddest books in her portfolio, in a wheelbarrow. She got the job.
