I installed Red Hat Linux 8.0 on my old computer.  The install was very easy.  It looks pretty good, but with the eye candy on, it goes really really slow.  It used to run Windows 95 just fine with 64 MB Ram on a 233 chip, but the gnome windowing system is just too much for it.  I will have to install more RAM or just run it from the command line or find a less expensive graphical interface.  12:57:08 AM    comment []
