So, Rick is in the office here late the other night and the guard brings a guy in who has a dead fish in a zip-locked bag.  It is a tiny piranha that he found at Lake Harriet.  The piranha's eyes are pecked out.   He was so concerned that drove the fish to the DNR after hours and pounded on the door until the guard let him in (Gotta warn the DNR of the piranha outbreak before anyone goes swimming in the 33 degree water and gets eaten by winterized piranhas)  Rick, an IT supervisor, now has a zip-locked bag with a dead piranha in it and so he puts it in the freezer where we keep our lunches.

Now Rick is trying to interest someone, anyone in this pecked-up dead fish.   He keeps running smack into the unfeeling state bureaucracy  Meanwhile, this citizen is probably at home waiting for the news about the piranha invasion to break on Channel 11 and he's been calling Rick to ask about the progress.
More as the story unfolds...

No presidential pardon for them. What is an appropriate gift for two boys, 9 and 11 who had their prepuces removed today?  I got them comic books to take their minds off of it.  Metal Men 1993 edition set and a fantastic four comic from the 80's.

Whatever, man.
