Starting in December, this kind of educational tour will become illegal for Americans under new sanctions against Cuba. They toured a community center, a school, a mental institution and a synagogue. On the last day, as the tour group is waiting at the airport, out come the secret police to haul away a member of their tour group for questioning, destroying any positive impression of Cuba anyone may have had.
