Net Neutrality Bill Introduced Net Neutrality Bill Introduced. Senators Byron Dorgan (D-ND) and Olympia Snowe (R-ME) introduced the Internet Freedom Preservation Act of 2007 today. This bill would keep the Internet a free, vibrant and competitive medium, and is worthy of support. Many thanks to these two Senators for their leadership on the critical issue of net neutrality. Ultra Music Festival 2007 Ultra Music Festival 2007 Lineup. The Ultra Music Festival 2007, taking place in Miami during the Winter Music Conference, has announced their Phase 1 line up. Phase 1 basically means the major headliners, and this year looks like it's going to fade last year's show! Expect a Phase 2 line-up update soon - we'll post as soon as we hear more. They're expecting 150 DJ's and performers, and many Phase 2 acts are likely to be electronic music giants as well, so check back often!
