Obviously, a Tax Protest, but Doesn't That Mean the Content is First Amendment Protected?

Judge bans a 'nonsense' anti-tax book [National Law Journal]

An interesting example of the tension between the police powers/criminal law and the First Amendment.  While the Tax Division's lawyers may not want to admit it, one would suppose we all have a right to argue against the power to tax - at least the argument should not be outlawed, even where the action has been.
