Web group pushes XML testing. Eager to get Web services developers to conform to a key recommendation, the W3C releases a set of tests for XML processors.

Very interesting stuff.  Started my first web service last night so I'm interested in these sorts of things.  If people using XML run into compatability issues, it seems that XML has failed in its main goal, to be a cross-platform way to tranfer data, regardless of form.  I'm sure that this could get interesting.
