Ran 18 miles this morning, a little slower than I would really like but so far, I don't notice anything that makes me feel like I'm behind schedule. . .I've only got one more big run, two weeks from today and that's a 20 miler which will be tough but doable. . .put in 42 miles last week and that is pretty much right on schedule. . . It's hard to understand what running 18 miles is like until you do it. . .2 hours and 45 minutes of running 9 minute miles is an interesting feeling. . .and I never thought I'd get to the point where I'd be able to run 12 miles and think to myself "wow I feel really good." |

On the same day that the courts ruled against Verizon in its bid to keep two of its customers names private, a federal judge ruled against the entertainment industry. . .it's hard to tell from these two seemingly contradictory rulings which way this issue is trending. . . 5:59:04 PM  What do you think? Could it be the end for the Bronco Bowl in Dallas? Unfortunately, it would seem so according to the article. . .The Bronco Bowl always had a great feel to it and performers just seemed to be more connected to the audience. . .NextStage in Grand Prarie will probably take its place but it just doesn't have the same character. . . 5:40:25 PM What do you think?
