Flew Sunday 30 June from Santa Maria Maggiore. Overcast at about 2500m when we went across the lake on the ferry. We were informed it was 10deg C at the top... in fact, out of the wind it was more like 20deg. Didn't take any air-sick tablets because I thought it would be a sled run... but 10mins after take off I was at 2100m and CB, wishing I had.
Went along East and West, had a nice flight but no track because I hadn't even bothered with the GPS. Craig got to CB for the first time and Dave struggled flying his dual glider solo. I landed after an hour, like Dave near the bar. Turns out that landing field is the helipad (thought it was a bit small.
