Well, yesterday, I complained that the missing ingredient in the creative process was me. Well, I'm in the middle of watching the Macworld Keynote and the Steve Job's RDF (Reality Distortion Field) is at it again and they've introduced Garage Band (No Link Yet), a nice ProTools killer and Soundtrack addition. It's a mac music editing program you can do loops and hook a USB keyboard to do music. It's another $49 bucks out of my pocket, but it's given me the whole process to make a movie. A full movie. Maybe it's a documentary of this goofy semester. I've got the tools, I need only the time and me. I can stream the whole thing on my website or on my idisk. Now, I know what to spend my tax refund (hope I get one!!??) on, a new soundcard input and Final Cut Express.

Go watch the keynote in the archeval mode. it kicks in about 45 minutes in.

I like the new mini-ipod, but it's still a bit overpriced for me. It's so tiny, I'd lose it.
