Stop your sniveling, girl - and get to work!!

Ok, so I figure 48 hrs. of sulking and sniffling is long enough.  Today's been a much better day, and I've pushed most every negative thought out of my head.  I've been more focused and enthusiastic at work today, and hopefully the funk I've been in has run its course.  I hate when I get all weepy, but I took Barb's advice and had a good cry yesterday.  That can be a little difficult to pull off at work, but I snuck down to the boiler room where I knew no one would come in lol! 

Ok then.

Moving on....

My thoughts on American Idol....I believe the final two contestants should be Clay and Kimberley.  It's time for Rueben to go - he just doesn't have the versatility the other two singers do, and his performance last night wasn't up to par.  I thought he sounded raspy and winded, and even though he has that smooth, soulful voice, I think he's the next logical choice for elimination.  I wonder how much of America would agree with me.  He certainly has the fan base, but Kimberley proved to me last night that she's a winner.  Her 3-song set was flawless in my opinion.   I didn't like Clay's rendition of "Vincent" - a little too cheesy; but his "Mack The Knife" was dope (as Randy would say lol)  Becca voted at least 8 times for Kimberley before going to bed last night.  Longshot maybe...we'll see tonight. 

One more thing before I close.  I'm in the process of switching from Radio to Movable Type and even purchased my own domain name!  I'll have a new host, a new look and a new domain very soon.  How cool is that??
