I must say I am impressed at the speed of the take off of java.blogs, both the coding time (rumoured at 15 hours), and the growing list of users. Kudos to the coding genius that is the Atlassian team. :-)

An entertaining read. Reminds me why I don't do C++ anymore. Amongst all the hundreds of reasons, garbage collection has to be my top reason. So many errors and security violations in c and c++ are based on bad memory management either in the app code, or the underlying libraries.
