At http://www.panicware.com/popupcenter.html you can download a free utility that stops all those annoying pop up windows appearing when you visit sites that insist on chucking this garbage at you. I've been having problems because my service provider insists on this practice and I use their homepage as my default - sheer laziness - now I get the interface without the rubbish - where there's a will there's a loophole as they say. 4:04:13 PM
