Have been looking at the local website developers - there aren't many.

http://www.point-com.fr/ started in1999 and define themselves as an agency for global communication. In two years they have worked with over 130 clients including a lot of administrative sites such as Laval Agglomerate, association of haut mayenne. Also link to a commercial site for pineau bicycle carriers. Some of the links didn't work and I suspect network problems or a server is down somewhere, and I had problems getting into the St. Berthevin site. Their work is very multimedia - lots of graphics and quick time and videos and downloads - nice if you've got the bandwidth and the interest. At the haut mayenne site you can submit your Leader + applications - this site is a simpler more content driven site. With the exception of St. Berthevin there's no english language versions in their examples.

http://www.decliccom.fr/ - these people are also flashy but the info seems pretty well-organised. They're on the go for 15 years and do trad dtp including repro and the usual gamut of web, dvd and cd publishing. Comprend le present, c'est construire l'avenir. To understand the present is to construct the future. A fairly big operation with a number of offices. They are beta partners on MPEG4 and have bought into DVD technology.

http://www.lebarts.com/index2.htm - no site samples but a lovely site - nice music playing in the background, very flashy but in a quiet, seductive way. 25 years in the design and print business - a one stop shop for your print and web needs - but go elsewhere for the heavy multimedia thing.
