Gloria Gery.
Gloria Gery (of electronic perfromance support fame), provides comments and insight into learning needs today. Gloria Gery: "In her early days at Aetna, Gloria saw workers struggling with arcane, data-centric mainframe systems. The default solution to their frustration was training and documentation. Training Band-Aids designed to camouflage poor interface design. Ironically, the training often cost a lot more than designing the application for performance in the first place." [elearnspace]
