Small town mischief Gnosis has found and pointed to one of my favorite sites -- the police log for the small town of Arcata, California, where the fun just never stops.  9:17:18 PM     Revisionism revisited Stephen Ambrose is quoted in an interview on CBSnews.com thus: "I want to correct all the mistakes I made. . . when I would tell my history classes that dropping the bomb on Hiroshima was a crime, that the Mexican-American War was nothing but a land grab and that people like Henry Ford and J.D. Rockefeller got into philanthropy to buy their way into heaven.  I want to tell all the things that are right about America." He does not have much time left to do it. 9:12:55 PM
