I am listening to Studs Terkel on the new Larry Donahue show. He speaks of the wisdom of Einstein, a man who came to us before his time. He speaks of why we need to get beyond bombs. He speaks of taking care of the 2/5's of the planet |

that is hopeless and desparate. He speaks of the maladventure of the Vietnam war. He speaks of the free market fall from grace, just like the 20's.
If we were a good and just people, we would look to Stud Terkel as one of our elders, and we would heed his words deeply.
