Over the weekend I made a half hearted attempt to update Apache and PHP. I encountered a problem with the sapi_apache2.c module. After doing a few searches at phpbuilder I noticed others were experiencing the same problem.

Apache 2.0.40 is now available. Perhaps that will resolve the problem. I have put off the upgrades for a few weeks to research the problem.
