New CPS Community Learning Centers

There are 17 new community learning centers planned for CPS this year. They were announced on Friday, Sept. 30 by Arnie Duncan and representatives of Bank One and Polk Bros. Foundation. Oddly, the Tribune did not pick up the Bank One connection despite the fact that they are paying half the cost.
