Thank you Valdis Krebs for pointing me toward the white paper on network building that you co-authored with June Holley.
Valdis is an expert on social network analysis, and June is the executive director of the Appalachian Center for Economic Networks. Social network analysis might sound academic to some, but there is not much more pragmatic than cultivating an entrepreneurial economy in Appalachia. Take a look.
