GET IN THE KNOW ABOUT KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT..... Do you know your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) quotient? Do you know how well you are meeting the needs of your students and faculty? Using the tools of Knowledge Management can help those in academic libraries assess who is using your library, the questions that they are asking and the resources that you have to answer their questions. Join Christina Stoll and Debbie Taylor, Knowledge Management Specialists, for "Get in the Know About Knowledge Management." Using real library situations, you will learn how to better manage your library's knowledge to get the most out of it and increase your CRM quotient.
This workshop will take place on October 2nd from 9:30-12, at the North Suburban Library System and the cost is $40. For information, please call or email Ruth Downey at (847) 459-1300 x7128 or email rdowney@nsls.info.
