On effective use of fair use: "Reviewing a book reading featuring both Siva Vaidhyanathan and Lawrence Lessig, Wentworth remarks on their relative perceptions of fair use, particularly Lessig's dour view of its prospects. A tale from Vaidhyanathan illustrating his view that people should stand up for their fair use rights is recounted. Wentworth offers four suggestions towards strengthening fair use." Mouse gestures help browsing in Safari -- Comment()
I found another little gem for Mac OS X. Cocoa Gestures adds mouse gestures to any Cocoa program such as Mail and Safari. In Safari I mapped the middle button + left/rigth movement to the previous/next page menu commands. Thus I can move in browser history without much trouble.
