I just discovered that it is easy to setup Nokia 9500 as a GPRS modem for my PowerBook. I opened the Bluetooth setup tool on Mac OS X, and used the number *99#. No user id or password was needed. Now I can read my e-mail over Bluetooth and GPRS just by starting up Bluetooth and using Internet Connect. Not as easy as WLAN, but not too difficult either.

Skiing in Lappland -- Comment()
From Wednesday to Friday I was in Lappland in Levi. I did some cross-country skiing, about 40 km in two days. There was a lot of snow. Thursday was windy and cloudy, but on Friday we got sunshine and excellent skiing conditions. An excellent trip!
